You can add comments to a presentation that act like sticky notes. These notes can store information or to-do items related to your presentation. These notes appear while editing your slide, but are invisible when presenting the slideshow.
1. | Select slide 3 in the slide organizer. |
2. | Click the Comment button in the toolbar to add a comment to the slide. A virtual sticky note is added to the slide. |
3. | Click inside the note and add the following information: Check most recent numbers in report. To make the note stand out even more, you can change its color |
4. | Select the Graphic Inspector. |

5. | Click the Fill color well to load the Colors window. |
6. | Choose a Red color for the note. Then close the Colors window. Tip If you want to permanently get rid of a note, click the X in the upper-right corner of the note. |
7. | Press Command-S to save your presentation. |
