| You can set the scale of drawings. This is particularly useful for architectural drawings. In a 1 to 10 scale in centimeters, for instance, every centimeter you draw on-screen will print as 10 centimeters. You can set the scale, anywhere from 1:1 to 1:100, and 2:1 to 100:1. Selecting a Scale -
Choose Tools > Options > Drawing > General; the window is shown in Figure 29-29. Be sure the correct measurement system is selected in the Unit of Measurement field. Figure 29-29. Selecting a scale and unit of measurement -
From the Scale list in the same window, select the scale you want. -

Right-click on the ruler at the top or right of the workspace. (If it isn't displayed, choose View > Rulers.) You can also choose Tools > Options > Drawing > General. -
