Our copy-and-paste example works because each table had the same number of columns. You cannot, for example, copy 6 columns and paste them into 4 columns.

By using -click in Windows or -click on the Mac, you also can select non-adjacent columns or cells. Then you can format all the selections at once.

By default, the Options in the Sort Table dialog box are not checked, since you seldom want the header or footer rows sorted.
