Working with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team System (Pro-Developer)

The Adventure Works Scenario

Adventure Works is about to embark on a three-month development project to design, develop, test, and deploy a Weblog (blog) application to be used by both internal and external staff. Management has decided to use Visual Studio 2005 Team System to support the development process. All software is purchased and is properly installed.

This scenario will take a broad (but not too deep) end-to-end storyboard approach. Here are some key points about this scenario:

• The tracks don't overlap in my scenario. In other words, for my date examples, one track ends before the next begins. This was done for clarity.

• This scenario is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) for Agile Software Development methodology, although it doesn't implement every work stream and activity.
