| Access offers a quick and easy way to update Access with any new software downloads that improve the stability and security of the program. From the Help menu, simply select the Check For Updates command to connect to the Microsoft Office Online Web site, where you can have your computer scanned for necessary updates, and then choose which Office updates you want to download and install. To help you stay as current and efficient as possible, Microsoft extends its Access help by giving you direct access to other areas on the Microsoft Office Online Web site. Using the Office online links on the Access Help task pane, you can check out Access- related news, obtain the most up-to-date help from Microsoft, and locate training and assistance with any aspect of Access. Get Access Updates on the Web -
