After you create a diagram, you can use the AutoFormat button on the Diagram toolbar to format the diagram with the Diagram Style Gallery. The Diagram Style Gallery comes with 10 preset styles, such as Outline, Double Outline, Shaded, Fire, 3-D Color, and Square Shadows to name a few. The preset styles make it quick and easy to format a diagram with a professional look.

Format a Diagram

Select the diagram you want to modify.

Click the AutoFormat button on the Diagram toolbar.

Click a diagram style.

Click OK.

Click anywhere outside of the diagram to return to the document.
