Once you create a macro, you can then add the macro to the PowerPoint toolbars or to the PowerPoint menus for easy access. Modify your new button or menu entry by adding text or styling it. You can also remove the macro from a toolbar or menu at any time. Assign a Macro to a Toolbar -

Click the macro name , and drag it to the toolbar. To remove a macro button, select the button and drag it off the toolbar. -
| Click Modify Selection, and then select a style and button image for your macro button. | -
Assign a Macro to a Menu -
| Click the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab. | -
| Click Macros in the Categories box. | -
Click the macro name, and drag it to the menu bar. To remove a macro from a menu bar, select the macro name and drag it off the menu. -
