As you layout your publication, you may find it necessary to add a page or two in order to include more information or graphics. You can do this anytime during the design process. After viewing your publication, you may need to delete a page. If so, you can only delete one page or one spread at a time. You can see information on the other pages of a publication by clicking the page thumbnail in the status bar at the bottom of the window. Each thumbnail corresponds to a page on your publication.

Insert One or More Pages

Display the page before or after the one you want to insert.

Click the Insert menu, and then click Page.

If necessary, select the type of left-hand and right-hand page you want to insert, and then click More.

Type the number of pages you want to add.

Click the option to indicate the location of the new pages.

Click OK.

Delete a Page

Move to the page you want to delete.

Click the Edit menu, and then click Delete Page.

In one-page view, Publisher deletes the page.

In two-page view, click the option to indicate the pages you want to delete.

Click OK.
