Two-sided printing is appropriate for bound reports , pamphlets, brochures and many other types of Word documents. Not all printers support automatic two-sided printing. If your printer does not support two-sided printing, you can use the Manual Duplex option in the Print dialog box to help you complete the process.

Print a Two-Sided Document

Click the File menu ' and then click Print.

Click Options.

Select the Front Of The Sheet and the Back Of The Sheet check boxes.

Click OK.

Click OK.

Did You Know?

You can print two-sided documents manually . The first side of each alternate page will be printed. Then you will be prompted to reinsert the pages into the printer so that the second side can be printed.
