| If your text is written in more than one language, you can designate the language of selected text so spell check uses the right dictionary. For international Microsoft Office users, you can change the language that appears on their screens by enabling different languages. Users around the world can enter, display, and edit text in all supported languages. You'll be able to use PowerPoint in your native language. Mark Text as a Language Select the text you want to mark. Click the Review tab. Click the Language button. Click the language you want to assign to the selected text. Did You Know? There is a Multilingual AutoCorrect. Office supports an AutoCorrect list for each language. For example, the English AutoCorrect list capitalizes all cases of the single letter "i;" in Swedish however, "i" is a preposition and is not capitalized. | |
