Two appendixes are included with this book:

• Appendix A: Sample Backup Control File Contains the code for the backup control file used by the SMS Site Backup service when performing a site server backup scheduled through the SMS Administrator Console, as discussed in Chapter 17
• Appendix B: Recommended Internet Sites Lists some of the Web sites that the author considers particularly useful for gathering additional information about or obtaining support products for SMS 2.0
