Biography

Edward J. Szewczak is Professor of Information Systems at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, USA. His published research has appeared in the Information Resources Management Journal, the Journal of MIS, Information & Management, Data Base and the Journal of Management Systems, among others. He has co-edited five scholarly books of readings for Idea Group Publishing, including the recently released Managing the Human Side of Information Technology and Human Factors in Information Systems. These two books contain more extensive treatments of the Internet privacy issue and its importance to e-commerce security.
