The resume and job application may get you the interview, but the interview will get you the job. Remember the following points:

• Before being interviewed for IWC's ISSO position, learn all you can about IWC.

• Read books about how to prepare and dress for interviews.

• Prepare answers for the questions you will probably be asked, and practice the interview process so your answers come across naturally, and not as memorized, rehearsed answers.

• Develop an ISSO portfolio to be used during the interview.

• During the interview, refer the interviewers to the portfolio.

• During the interview, use "we" and "our" as if you already worked at IWC and were giving an in-house briefing to corporate management.
