Technology can help you better communicate with your clients in two basic ways.

  • You can provide your clients several ways to learn about and track the details of their sale or purchase, so they feel informed and see how much you are working on their behalf. For example, you can provide personal Web pages and PDF transaction files delivered via e-mail or the Web.
