GP 2.1 Establish an Organizational Policy

Establish and maintain an organizational policy for planning and performing the integrated supplier management process.

Elaboration

This policy establishes organizational expectations for identifying, analyzing, and selecting suppliers and for monitoring supplier processes, work products, and performance.

This policy also establishes organizational expectations for analyzing and managing risks relevant to potential sources and the project-supplier relationship.
