You can convert your InDesign files into PDF documents so that others can read them even if they do not have the InDesign application.

To set the PDF export options:

Click each of the categories on the left side of the dialog box to display the options as described in the chart below:

Tip

You do not need to set all the controls every time you print unless you need to change a specific setting.

Click the Export button to create the PDF file.
