6.7. About the Author Karen Renaud is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing Science at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. She previously lectured at the University of South Africa. She does research in a variety of areas including usability of security systems, distributed systems, Internet technology, design patterns, and issues related to recovery from interruptions. She is also actively involved in developing and testing alternative web authentication mechanisms. |
