Creates a new boot sector on the system partition. It is useful if the boot sector has been damaged.

Use

Type “FIXBOOT”. This will create a new boot sector on the partition that you are logged onto. If you want to create a boot sector on a different drive, enter the drive letter followed by a colon after FIXBOOT and a space. For example, to create a new boot sector on the E: drive, type:
