Ready to Network

At this point you're about ready to buy the hardware and start assembling your network. The next chapter is optional; it's about external antennas, how they work, and how they affect the strength and quality of your Wi-Fi signal. For most installations, and especially if you're a newcomer to networking, Chapter 8 is optional. Feel free to skip ahead to Chapter 9, where we begin putting things together.
