Lotus Notes R6 Fast & Easy (Fast & Easy (Premier Press))

Sometimes you just want to open a database and not necessarily bookmark it.

1. Click on File. The File menu will appear.

2. Click on Database. The Database menu will appear.

3. Click on Open. The Open Database dialog box will appear.

4. Click on the arrow in the Server field. A list of servers will drop down.

5. Choose the server where the database you want to bookmark is located. The server will then appear in the Server field.

6. Scroll through the database list and click on the database title that you want to bookmark.

7. Click on Open. The database you selected will be opened.
