Lotus Notes R6 Fast & Easy (Fast & Easy (Premier Press))

If you have worked with previous versions of Lotus Notes, you may be familiar with the Workspace Page. It still exists in Lotus Notes 6 with some new options along with the familiar database icons.

  1. Click on the Databases bookmark on the Bookmark Bar. The Databases folder will open.

  2. Click on Workspace. The Workspace Page will open.

Here you can add icons, open databases, remove icons, and manage your Workspace however you please.

Tip

If you prefer to work from the Workspace Page, you can make it the default page when Lotus Notes opens. Just right-click on Workspace in the Databases folder and choose Set Bookmark as Home Page and confirm your decision by clicking on Yes when prompted.
