To stop all sounds in a button or frame, follow these steps:

Select the button frame or another frame with sounds.

Open the Actions panel (F9).

Click the Actions folder; then click the Movie Control category.

Double-click the stopAllSounds action to add it to the script window. Or you can use Expert mode and type stopAllSounds();.
