Objective 6. Add a Graphic to a Document
Images can be inserted into a document from many sources. Clip art imagespredefined graphic images included with Microsoft Office or downloaded from the Webcan make your document more interesting and visually appealing.

NoteSetting the Best Zoom Size The Zoom size that works best for you might not be Page Width. If you use a large monitor, or have your monitor set to a high resolution, the document may appear too large on your screen. If you are visually impaired, you will probably want to use a higher Zoom magnification. When directed to set the zoom in a document, use the setting with which you are most comfortable. |

From the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click From File. In the Insert Picture dialog box, navigate to the student files that accompany this textbook, locate and click to select w01B_Perfect_Party_Logo file, and then click Insert.
The clip art image, which comes from the Microsoft Clip library, is inserted at the insertion point location. The image is treated like a large letter added to the beginning of the first paragraph of the document.
