| The one menu option from OLAP Intelligence not covered to this point is the Options menu, shown in Figure 19.54. Figure 19.54. The Options dialog, which you access from the Tools menu, provides access to some global OLAP Intelligence settings. There are four tabs on the Options dialog that control some global behavior on the involved OLAP Intelligence report: Automatic Totals The Automatic totaling function accessed by right-clicking on the worksheet can be applied either at the axis or dimension level. This is clearly of relevance in reports with nested dimensions only. Connection This option enables you to specify the degree of database security you want to implement around your OLAP Intelligence report. Member Display Enables you to set a global variable on whether a member's name, caption, or both are displayed in reports. Other Two toggles are provided here. One shows the Welcome Screen when OLAP Intelligence starts that enables report file selection, and the other provides a Report Template Selection dialog for every inserted page in a report. Both options are generally worth keeping turned on.
