Saline, sterile bowl, kidney bowls to irrigate into, 60 cc luer lock, 20-gauge angiocath, gauze, towels, chuck, 1% lidocaine, syringe + needle, sterile gloves, suture (for skin, 5-0 or 4-0 prolene; for scalp, galea and muscle, Vicryl).
