The organization prohibits the sending and receiving of instant and e-mail messages that are in any way harassing or discriminatory. Employees are prohibited from sending derogatory or inflammatory remarks—including but not limited to jokes, rumors, gossip, innuendos, and defamatory comments—about sex, sexual preference, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, physical attributes, or ethnic background.
