This appendix is divided into three parts: the ColdFusion MX 7 installation process, the Dreamweaver MX 2004 installation process, and instructions on how to install the sample files from the accompanying CD-ROM.

TIP

The ColdFusion installation program installs extensions into Dreamweaver if it is detected. On development machines, we therefore recommend that you install Dreamweaver before installing ColdFusion.
