Open the publication you want to send as e-mail. -
On the File menu, point to Send E-Mail , and click E-mail Preview . -
Verify that the publication appears as you wish, and in the upper-right cornerof the preview window, click the Close button. -
On the File menu, point to Send E-mail , and click Send This Page as Message . -
Type the e-mail addresses of the recipients in the To box. -
Type the e-mail addresses of people who should receive a copy of the messagein the Cc box. -
Type a subject line in the Subject box. -
On the e-mail toolbar, click Send . |
| 702 | To create a Web site from an existing publication |

Open the publication. -
On the File menu, click Convert to Web Publication . -
Choose whether to save your print publication before converting it to a Web publication, and then click Next . -
On the next screen, indicate whether you want to add a navigation bar to your Web publication, and then click Finish . -
Edit the contents of the publication as necessary. If you added a navigation bar,be sure to position it as you want and edit the labels and properties as necessary. -
On the Web Tools toolbar, click the Web Page Preview button. -
Verify that your site appears and functions as it should in the Web browser, and then close the Web browser. -
On the Web Tools toolbar, click the Publish to the Web button. -
In the Publish to the Web dialog box, browse to the location where you wantto publish the site, and click Save . |

Open the publication from which the Web site was created. -
On the File menu, click Convert to Print Publication . -
Choose whether to save your Web publication before converting it to a print publication, and then click Finish . |
