The next stage in this project is to trial the decision-making components of the model (via testing of the model itself) with a series of small businesses. If this is successful and small businesses find the model useful and the decision support offered helpful, the model (incorporating the decision support modules) could be modified for other communities of small organisations, such as non-profit enterprises.
