The User Information options (Figure 34) store information about the primary user of that copy of Word. This information is used by a variety of features throughout Word. The fields of information here are self-explanatory, so I won't go into them in detail. Clicking the More button displays a window with your information from Entourage's contact database, so you can add or change additional information for yourself.
