To use WP-ShortStat 1. | Follow the instructions earlier in this chapter and on the WP-ShortStat Web page to install and activate the plugin. | 2. | Click the Dashboard button in the administration panel and then click the ShortStat button. The ShortStat administration panel with statistics for your site appears. |
Tips | Statistics start accumulating when you install WP-ShortStat. When you first view the ShortStat administration panel, there may not be any statistics to see. If you have trouble getting ShortStat to work with WordPress 2.0.2, there is a fix available by Pascal VanHecke. Visit pascal.vanhecke.info and use the search feature to search for ShortStat. The page that appears includes a link to the fix.
