TIP Using Desktop Shortcuts Depending on your computer's setup, you might have a shortcut icon for various Office applications on your Windows desktop. If you do, you can double-click an application's shortcut icon to start the application. |
TIP Opening a File Another way to start an application is to double-click an existing file that was created using that application for example, one in your My Documents folder. Windows will start the application and open the file you double-clicked. |
