INTRODUCTION Office provides two default toolbars, Standard and Formatting, that display the most commonly used commands as buttons. Some buttons feature a downward pointing arrow (called a drop-down menu) that allows you to choose from multiple options for a command. If multiple toolbars share the same row, one or more of the toolbars might feature a double-right arrow at its rightmost end; click it to view any buttons that don't fit on the line. To move a toolbar to another location, move the mouse pointer over the leftmost side of the toolbar; when the pointer changes to a four-pointed arrow, click and drag the toolbar to its new home. |
