INTRODUCTION Each time you want to work with a document, you need to open it first by using the Open dialog box. The Open dialog box includes a Places bar with icons that immediately take you to recently saved history files, personal files, files on your desktop, files in your Favorites folder, and Web folders. | TIP Dialog Box Views You can change the information listed about a document in the Open dialog box by clicking the Views button on the dialog box's toolbar and selecting Thumbnails, Tiles, Icons, List, Details, Properties, Preview, or WebViews. | TIP Alternative Look-in Locations To move up a folder level, click the Up One Level button on the Open dialog box's toolbar.
