The Finder window is the most often-used tool in Panther — so it is a good idea to customize the controls that it carries. Panther enables you to add and remove controls from the Finder window toolbar, making it easy to fine-tune the Finder for maximum efficiency.
You can choose to display just text labels on your Finder toolbar; to do so, in the Customize Toolbar dialog box, click the Show drop-down list and click Text Only.
