      • MailMerge Keeps track of all the email sent by the Mail Merge application.

      • MailPriority Lists the names and values for the range of mail priorities (such as Low, Medium, and High).

      • MailType Holds names and values for the different types of email that are available.

      • Users Includes the registered user records, such as first and last name, username, password, and access group level.

      • AccessGroups Available access group levels in both numeric (that is, 1, 2, 3, and 4) and text format (that is, Administrator, Manager, Operator, and User).
