You can remove buttons altogether from a toolbar to make the toolbar more functional for your work habits.

  1. If the toolbar you want to customize is not already displayed, right-click any toolbar and click the toolbar you want to customize.

  2. Move the mouse over the button you want to move.

  3. Press and hold as you drag the button off the toolbar.
