You can save any Word document as a Web page that you can then upload to the Internet.

Open the document you want to save as a Web page.

Click File.

Click Save as Web Page.
The Save As dialog box appears.

Type a file name for the Web page here.
The location where Word will save the file appears in the Save in dialog box; you can click to save the Web page in a different location. You can use these icons to navigate to commonly used locations. -
Click Change Title.
The Set Page Title dialog box appears.

Type the title that you want to appear at the top of the screen when the page is displayed in a Web browser.

Click OK.
The Save As dialog box reappears.

Click Save.
Word saves the document as a Web page and displays the document in Web Layout view, showing the document as it will appear in a Web browser.
After I close the Web page, what should I do if I want to reopen it?
Follow these steps:

Click the Open icon (
). -
In the Open dialog box that appears, click here and navigate to the folder where you saved the Web page.

Click the Web page document, which displays a special Microsoft Word icon (
). -
Click Open.
Word reopens the Web page.
