  1. Insert the CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive

  2. Double-click the QuestionBank folder

  3. Double-click the Troubleshooting-Setup.zip file

  4. Extract the setup files in a folder (example, create a folder called TroubleshootingQB in your C, D, or any other hard disk drive).

  5. Double-click the TroubleshootingQB folder

  6. Double-click the Troubleshooting-Setup folder

  7. Double-click the setup.exe file

  8. Follow the setup instructions

  9. Once the setup is over, you can access the Question Bank from the Start > Programs > Troubleshooting with Cisco
