Although you can access all the tools through the Adjustments Inspector, you can also gain quick access to many of them directly from the toolbar, located on the upper-right area of the main window's default layout.

From left to right, the tools are the Selection tool, Rotate Left tool, Rotate Right tool, Straighten tool, Crop tool, Spot & Patch tool, Red Eye tool, Lift tool, and Stamp tool. (The same tools are available in Full Screen mode via the Full Screen toolbar and the Adjustments HUD.)
