The basic adjustment tools we've covered so farRotate Left, Rotate Right, Straighten, Crop, Red Eye, White Balance, and Exposureare just the tip of the iceberg. Aperture ships with other professional filters and effects, including those for highlights and shadows, noise reduction, color effects, and more.

We'll take a look here at the Spot & Patch tool, which gives you precision control for flawless blends, and the Lift and Stamp tools, which enable you to batch-process your adjustments. Then we'll move on to some more advanced filters and effects.
