Not only does Aperture enable you to create web galleries and journals, but it also offers professional, customizable book layouts in a variety of formats. This is a wonderful option, as you can design, lay out, and publish your own book directly from within Aperture.

You can print books for a number of purposes, from showcasing stock images or compiling a printed portfolio to producing a proof book. You have the choice of printing the book yourself or placing an online order to print the book through Apple-provided print services.

In this lesson, we'll explore some of Aperture's print output options by making a printed book and a contact sheet. Finally, we'll take a brief look at color-managed workflows within Aperture.
