Configure Microsoft Message Queuing

This section describes the Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) configuration.

The procedure below configures a private queue. Configuring a public queue will also work.

To configure Message Queuing

1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Computer Management.
2. Under Computer Management (Local), expand Services and Applications, and then expand Message Queuing.
3. Right-click the Private Queues folder, point to New, and then click Private Queue.
4. Type a name for the new Private Queue.
5. Select Transactional.
6. Click OK.
