Whei-Jen Chen is a Project Leader at the International Technical Support Organization, San Jose Center. She has extensive experience in application development, database design and modeling, and DB2 system administration. Whei-Jen is an IBM Certified Solutions Expert in Database Administration and Application Development as well as an IBM Certified IT Specialist.

Peter Z He is a Software Developer with the DB2/WebSphere Solution Integration Team at the IBM Toronto Lab. Peter has been working extensively with DB2 and WebSphere technologies. He designed and led the development of the IBM Video Central software and the DB2 V81 J2EE sample application, Access Employee. He also participated in the development of DB2 Content Manager V8, Rational® ClearCase®, and WebSphere Commerce, and provided System architecture, J2EE application design, and DBA consulting to customers. He holds a Ph.D. from York University and is a DB2 Certified Solutions Expert.

Kang Yong Ying is a Senior IT Specialist from the Technical Sales Support, IBM China. He has extensive experience in database software for distributed platforms and also familiar with WebSphere Application Server products. He is also an IBM Certified Advanced Technical Expert-DB2 for Clusters. His areas of expertise include DB2 UDB administration and troubleshooting, as well as Business Intelligence solution implementation.

Andreas Paulsen is a DB2-certified IT Architect working for the DB2 Software Services Organization in Berlin, Germany. He worked as a Consultant for middleware solutions for the Informix® Company (before acquired by IBM), and previously he developed database solutions in two other companies on Informix databases. Currently he is working on migration projects to bring databases from competitors to DB2 UDB. His knowledge also includes WebSphere and ETL processes. Andreas holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin.

Sunminder S Saini is an Advisory IT Specialist from the e-Business Software Center, IBM Software Group, IBM India. He has seven years of experience in the enterprise applications and distributed environment. He is certified for DB2 UDB Administration, Managing and Optimizing-Informix Dynamic Server, WebSphere Application Server, and WebSphere Studio Application Developer. His areas of expertise include DB2 UDB/Informix and WebSphere administration. He has written extensively on DB2 UDB Administration for Linux, Windows, and UNIX.
