Creating a new Web site using FrontPage
In this exercise, you will create a corporate Web site using FrontPage 98. If time permits , try different features of FrontPage to further customize the site.
* To create a web site
- Start Microsoft FrontPage.
- In the Getting Started dialog, select Create a New FrontPage Web and click OK .
- Select Corporate Presence Wizard and in the Web title, type MyCorp , then click OK .
A new Web site will be created and the Corporate Presence Wizard will start.
- Follow the steps in the Wizard to create a new Web site, selecting your own custom options when prompted.
- Leave Show Tasks view after web is uploaded selected and click Finish .
You will now be presented with specific tasks to further customize the Web site.
Lesson Summary
