When you receive new email messages, they're stored in the Outlook Express Inbox. To display all new messages, select the Inbox icon from the Folders list. All waiting messages now appear in the Message pane.

Select the header in the Message pane.

Scroll through the message in the Preview pane.

TIP

Message Window

To view a message in its own window, double-click the message header in the Message pane.
