The QuickViewer reporting tool provides a number of options on its four tabs.
The first tab in the QuickViewer, Output Fields, lists all the fields that will be included in your QuickView output. This tab has 10 buttons; their functions are described in Table 20.1.

Next Value | Moves the selected field up, in order |
Previous Value | Moves the selected field down, in order |
Insert line | Inserts a line at the selected field |
Delete Line | Deletes the inserted line |
Ascending Sort | Sorts the data listed in alphabetical ascending order |
Descending Sort | Sorts the data listed in alphabetical descending order |
Find | Searches through the Available Fields column for any data indicated in the search dialog box |
Find Next | Searches through the Available Fields column for the next instance of data indicated in the search dialog box |
