In Figure 8.1, the first task, titled "Create Statement of Work for SMS," has the paperclip icon next to it, signifying one or more attachments. To access the attachments, you can do one of the following:

• Click the task title, and then from the DispForm.aspx page click the attachment filename.

• Click the down-arrow that appears when your mouse hovers over the task name and then select View Item. Then, from the task detail page (referenced as DispForm.aspx in the URL), click the attachment filename.

Assuming you have the application used to create the document installed on your workstation, the file will then open.
