| | If you position your form fields carefully , you can use a Word form to fill in the information in preprinted forms. For example, if you have preprinted invoices, you could create a Word form that matches the appearance of your printed form, with the form fields arranged in the positions they need to be in to print in the boxes in the printed form. When you are ready to print, load the preprinted forms in your printer, and choose File, Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Options button to display a second Print dialog box. Mark the Print Data Only for Forms check box, click OK, and then click OK again. Word will only print the contents of the form fields onto your preprinted forms. |
