| You can customize Outlook to better suit the way you work with it. You can change the default sort order and the name order for contacts in the Contacts folder. You can also customize the views in the Contacts folder by adding, deleting, and reordering the fields that are shown. You can also create new fields. You may find that the fields displayed by default in the various views are not sufficient for your needs. You can easily change this. You can add more built-in fields, remove fields that you don't use, and create more fields to hold your contact data. You can also change the order in which fields are displayed.
